Template control is also available." » Very cool. I've been waiting for something like this to arrive. There are other services, other than Blogger, that do offer such programs. However I want to continue using Blogger. Shame you can't use it offline yet, and I would really like on of those "WinAmp is playing bla.mp3" features. But who knows what will happen. As the community of Bloggers grows, I'm sure more initiatives like these will see the light of day.
