About me
My name is Mirthe Valentijn and I was born on wednesday, March 14th, 1979 at 04:10 in the morning. This makes me 31 years, 25 weeks and 6 days old. This also means I am Pisces according to the rules of astrology. Or a goat if you go for the Chinese version.
I was a mere 53 centimeters when I was born and have grown up to be 181 centimeters in height. My hair is brown and my eyes are green. Born in Hoorn, raised in Hazerwoude. In 2004, I bought a lovely old weavers house from 1890, in Leiden. All of which can be found in The Netherlands. I'm an atheist.
One of my passions is music, resulting in way too many CDs and a love for concerts. I also love to read and watch movies. Here's what I'm currently enjoying.
An interest in computers was awakened at an early age and resulted in an education at the School for Communicationsystems. I am currently earning a living as a webdeveloper. I am a supporter of Web Standards and an evangelist of the Firefox browser.
I've been online since 1995 and started an early version of this site in 1996. I finally bought my domain in 2001. Originally called The Hermit's Tower, mostly because of the anagram with my name. It's now simply called Mirthe.org.
